SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. We provide standard & express delivery options for national orders inside the UK.

 

UK Delivery 

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £50. All other shipping costs are as follows:

Royal Mail  2nd class 2kg (2-3 working days) - £2.95

Royal Mail 2nd class 2kg+ (2-3 working days) - £5.05

Royal Mail 1st Class 2kg (next working day, order by 12pm) - £3.58

Royal Mail 1st Class 2kg+ (next working day, order by 12pm) - £5.78

We also offer a free "Pickup at Local Market" collection service. Please contact us at hello@eunoianaturals.co.uk to see what market we're at next and arrange this.

Worldwide Delivery

Due to our sustainable ethos we have chosen not to offer delivery outside of the UK.

Christmas Delivery
 

Our Christmas delivery cut off is midnight on Thursday 17th December for all orders to be posted on Friday 18th December. Orders can still be placed after this date, but there is less chance of it getting to you on time.

 

We would always recommend allowing plenty of time for posting as the the Royal Mail are currently experiencing severe delays across the UK. Whilst we will post your orders on Friday 18th Decemeber (in line with Royal Mail's recommended posting dates), sadly once it is with the Royal Mail it is out of our control.

 

If your order hasn't yet turned up and it's been over a week, please get in touch so we can raise this with the Royal Mail if needed.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please email hello@eunoianaturals as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, please return unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. 

Unfortunately, return postage is non-refundable unless the order was sent by error. 

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, you have a complaint or would like a refund, please email hello@eunoianaturals.co.uk and we will arrange a refund or replacement. It is essential we have proof of purchase and photos of the damage to be able to do this.

Please note, as with all natural products, there may be variations in colour and scent from batch to batch
